These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may enjoy as a consumer residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order via our online basket, you make an offer to purchase the selected goods. A legally binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on clearsanitary.shop are in British Pounds (GBP / £) and are inclusive of United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%), where applicable. Standard tracked shipping within the United Kingdom is provided free of charge on all featured bundles.

5. Delivery & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our UK distribution facilities. Delivery is carried out by reputable UK carriers (primarily Royal Mail Tracked or Evri). Standard estimated transit time is 2 to 4 working days following dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery to your designated address.

6. Right of Cancellation (14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify our customer support team in writing at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, Fuugu cleaning sachets must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a commercial 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Fuugu multi-packs. If you are unsatisfied with the product's performance, contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to request return authorisation and instructions.

8. Consumer Rights Act 2015

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClearSanitary UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of cleaning products contrary to the explicit manufacturer instructions provided on the packaging.
